I was really surprised with my recent stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic - close to public transport and the city centre. The room was clean and had everything I needed for my short stay. The staff were courteous and cute. I would highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express.

Conveniently located next to shopping and public transportation. Dog-friendly rooms available on the ground floor. Complimentary breakfast with constantly replenished dishes. Good sized rooms with either air conditioning or opening windows. Nice shower rooms.

The parking facility at the hotel was convenient and hassle-free, great to easily bring our car. Check-in was smooth and quick, saving us time and effort. there was no breakfast queue, great to start our day without any delays.
Although the location was not right in the city center, there was convenient public transportation available nearby, making it easy to explore the area. We also enjoyed being close to the city port, which allowed us to take a nice tour around and visit the Britannia royal yacht, just a couple of blocks away.

The hotel is very convenient with regular frequency buses right outside that will take you straight into the city center of Edinburgh. Additionally, it is located next to a shopping mall with a variety of eateries, making it easy to find something to eat. The hotel also offers basic amenities and the staff are friendly and helpful.
No improvements needed, everything was great.

We stayed in a hotel in a lively area close to a shopping centre, restaurant, and tourist attraction. However, the food wasn't that good as in the restaurant, the chicken was burned. Our room lacked storage space for clothes and the duvet was too thick for summer. , the breakfast selection was limited. On the bright side, the staff were helpful and the bathroom was okay.
